The Housing Association of Mississippi (HAM) Scholarship Foundation is currently accepting applications from residents of HAM-member properties for seven 2025 scholarships:
 

• $2,000.00 Matthew G. Turner Scholarship -Tenant/Sibling (1)

• $2,000.00 Olis Billings Price Scholarship -Tenant/Sibling (1)

• $1,000.00 Caldwell & Gregory Laundry Service-Tenant/Sibling (1)

• $1,000.00 HAM “Making A Difference Scholarship”-Tenant/Sibling (2)

• $1,000.00 HAM “Making A Difference Scholarship”- Employee (2)

WHO MAY APPLY:

​

Non-Employee Scholarship

Any tenant/child who has graduated or will graduate or obtain a GED in the year 2025 and/or presently attending an eligible College or University and who is a current tenant of an eligible apartment complex for at least (1) year and in good standing with management

 

Employee Scholarship

Employees and their children, residing in Mississippi, of Management Company members of HAM, planning to or presently attending an eligible College or University.

 

Special Incentive - HAM will award site managers $100.00 for each qualifying application submitted and $250.00 for each qualifying application chosen.
