Registration Information

Keep in mind that this is a two-step process. 

 

The HAM Conference is scheduled for September 16, 17 and 18, 2026.

For the 2026 HAM Conference, HAM is offering Add-On training (for an additional fee) on September 16, 2026.

This Add-On Training is provided by a MHC approved LIHTC Trainer (US Housing Consultants) and does satisfy MHC's requirements for 6 hours of credit at Site Manager hire date and MHC's 2-year training requirements.

Registration for the LIHTC Training is included in the Conference Registration Link. 

Notes: Conference Registrations made after the Early Bird Option will result in a $50 increase in the Conference expense. So please register prior to August 14, 2026.

 

There are two payment methods available for the conference fees only.

Conference Only Registration

This year the vendor registration has been separated from the attendee registration. The vendor registration will allow for sponsorship options and scholarship donations.

Step 2

Beau Rivage Room Reservations

There are two options available for room reservations:

    A. Use the following link to register 

    B. Large Group Option (Payment by check available) with restrictions

Note: the HAM Group rate expires August 19, 2026. After August 19, 2026, standard room rates will apply.

NOTE: The Beau Rivage Reservation link above has a default setting where (unless changed at online registration time), will cover only the 1st night of the stay. Please make sure to change the setting so the registered attendee (At Check-in) will not be asked to produce the original credit card to pay for the additional night or use a personal credit card to pay for the additional night.

 

B. Large Group Option (15 or more rooms per night) 

Note: To utilize the Large Group option, you must contact Staci Varnish directly at (228) 386-7171. 

Staci will email a Rooming List Template and a sub block contract to the Management Company Representatives responsible for Room Reservations. This template will be in the form of an Excel Spreadsheet. Payment by check will be an option. However, the Beau Rivage must receive the Checks three (3) weeks prior to check-in date.
