HAM is pleased to open registration for the 2026 Annual Fair Housing Training. Joe Henry will again be providing the training. Joe is a nationally known trainer on many issues including Fair Housing. Joe’s training company is “Professional Compliance Solutions LLC.”

 

HAM’s Fair Housing Training had an extraordinary participation in 2025 with 221 attendees.  Let’s make 2026 even greater.

The registration for 2026 will be through the registration link provided. Payment may be made by credit card or by check. Registration checks should be mailed to Ettie Pittman at HAM.

 

Training Certificates will be available on the day of training at the end of the training.

This HAM training will provide information on Civil Rights, Fair Housing, ADA, Section 504, VAWA and other compliance issues. This HAM training will also include examples and answers for all attendees to minimize and hopefully eliminate any Fair Housing compliance issue that may arise.

 

Maintenance Staff should receive Fair Housing training as well. Their actions could unknowingly result in Fair Housing Lawsuits by residents or applicants.

 

This training should limit tenant complaints, reduce alleged Civil Rights, Fair Housing and Violence Against Women's Act violations by providing training on what to do and what not to do.

 

The cost will be $205 for all Site Staff. This fee includes lunch. Management Company Personnel will continue to attend the training at no cost.

 

Attached is a link for training registration. HAM expects to receive registration fees prior to the training. However, unregistered attendees may still attend, Management Companies will receive an invoice for unregistered attendees after the meeting.
